Action Fitness Community is a private functional training studio and fitness community for individuals looking to reach and maintain their fitness goals through balance and realistic lifestyle changes.  We are focused on accountability, motivation, and results.  Each program includes regular fitness assessments, nutritional programming, and a balanced strength, cardio, and flexibility plan.  Action Fitness Community has a professionally designed fitness program for any age, size and fitness level.

Action Fitness Community's studio is centrally located in East Sacramento for individuals of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels. Fully equipped with free weights, medicine balls, stability balls and fitness bands, the studio also features a functional training station – or indoor jungle gym.

The studio’s close proximity to some of Sacramento’s best parks and river running trails makes it an ideal location for outdoor workouts when weather permits. With plenty of parking and a short distance to major thoroughfares such as Howe Avenue, J Street, Highway 50 and the Capital City Freeway, Train Hard or Go Home is convenient for everyone.
